Coriander Chutney

Ingredients
  1. 2 bunches of Coriander leaves washed well
  2. 2 tbsp Tamarind paste (or to taste - should not be very sour)
  3. 1 tbsp Sugar
  4. 2 Green Chillis
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3-4 cloves of Garlic
Method
Blend all of above in a blender using water as needed
